If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please complete the RETURN FORM and send the item(s) back within 28 days of receiving them to the following address:

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items. We recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of your goods and provides tracking information.
For returns from outside the EU, ensure that the package is sent without import duties. We cannot accept parcels held in customs.
Refund processing may take up to five business days after we receive the returned items.
Please make sure the product is returned in its original condition, free from stains or odors.
